Single head machine with an automatic feeder for automatic fixing of rivets / eyelets, or for semi automatic fixing of press buttons, double rivets, eyelets with rings etc… There is a possibility to fix different items changing the feeders. This riveting or eyeleting machine with deep throat is normally used for production of cardboard boxes of big sizes. Max distance between 1st and 3rd rivet = 840 mm. Minimum distance between rivets = 220 mm.

The machine fix simultaneously the metal strip on two corners of the box by mean of four bifurcated rivets, two horizontal and two vertical. Shift of the box for fixing rivets along the side can be manual or automatic depending on the model.

Due to its flexibility, it can be used for simultaneous fixing of two locks or catches or, alternatively, two hinges. The accessories have to be placed manually into the fixing tool. The machine is equipped with a Manometer for adjusting the pressure and, with a valve ensuring the exact positioning of the accessories on the tools.
