The machine is designed for the application of two rivets/eyelets for the fixing of various products on folders etc. at the same time. Minimum distance adjustment 60 mm max 400 mm. (It is also possible to order in the electric version on request).

The machine can load automatically the ring mechanisms, various types, on the fixing anvils (our model B 122 or another model to be specified). The operator loads through a magnetic handle a complete plateau of mechanisms which are collected from the package box.

The machine performs creasing of various types of cardboard. The distance between the creases and their thickness is adjustable.

The machine makes the creasing on various types of cardboard at one stroke. The width and depth of the creases is adjustable by special levers and wheels. The number of creases and the distances between the creases can be adjusted by help of a computer. There is also a possibility of saving various creasing configurations
in the computer’s memory.

The machine can make one or more grooves in the grey cardboard with special cutting knives previously adjusted by the operator. Cardboard feeding is automatic. The removed chips fall on a separate belt. After grooving, the boards are placed on to a delivery tray. By using rotary knives, the machine can be used to cut board strips and case boards (2nd passage).

This automatic unpacking station takes the lever arch mechanisms out from the boxes and put them on the automatic line for fixing of the mechanisms on the files. On request it’s possible to install this station on any kind of machine.

After rotating the device, in a second cycle he will apply the other two (on request, It is also possible to order the machine in the electric version).

This electro/pneumatic machine can cut from the roll and apply automatically the label window in PP/PVC on the file. The operator must only place the file in the appropriate register position.

This machine offers the possibility to weld the label window in PP or PVC and to insert its label at the same time. The operator can choose through special reference hand wheels the requested welding position on the folder: it is possible to weld different sizes of pockets and labels. The positioning of the folder must be done manually.

This machine fix the label holder in PP or PVC inserting at the same time the label. The operator can choose the position of the label holder by mean of special regulation devise. The feeding of the folders, welding, labels inserting and putting out of the finished product are made automatically.
