DESCRIPTION
New DA 1010 fully automatic laminating and tucking line designed for the production of covers, folders, sample books, coated boxes, window signs and displays. Production capacity of up to 20 pieces per minute.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
Modular at customer’s request with various options:
- DA5 automatic high stack feeder for paper and cardboard from 80 grams to 800 grams (rear head)
- DA 850 Hot and cold glue machine (suction belt 2 2,4 , 4 or 6 meters, viscosimeter, register stop with brushless motors, tacking team 4 motors)
- DA 1005 Carton positioner (SPOTTER) Spotter for single and multiple pieces with self-centering (Accuracy +/- 0.5 mm)
- DA 400 calender
- DA 304 Automatic 4-sided rewrapper + Calender (final collection table)
- DA 6 Folder stacker on pallet
